Xd Well some guy told me how to play and change my name on my first time playing so I went and named myself Master Chief (I WARSHIP HIM!!!) Plus My nickname in Xfire is MasterChief and in Halo CE. So I've used that name everywhere.

About tomhb I have him in my msn list, I'm kind of disappointed that he's unable to express his ideas as clearly as he does in french.
Tomhb did give me bunch of ideas also reasons why #2 wouldn't work,

but anyway I still have to think some more before choosing the right path.


And before that I have to implement some stuff like stats for example.

Evlesoa, Joxp, I don't think i've lost or whatever. I just think that the game would be worse if it turns #2.
Reconsidering my opinion, I don't know if the best is #1 or #3 to me.
Well, I was bored, then, tired, then angry. I hope it won't happen once again.
I just hope you'll stop insulting or whatever but just speaking about the real reasons of why you think #2 would be better.

I hope Goober will be less sarcastic with me too. You can hate me, just hide it ;)

P.S. You should just get a poll if you want one you can just serech it or something, go to my website and use the link, or ask me for the link I say it will make thing's easier. You really need to take it easy guys; Going so hard on Tombh over nothing.

Anyways. I can't see how you possibly can say that #2 would take more skill and not luck (as you say it is now). You say knowing your enemy makes it luck and not knowing it is skill? How is this?

If I know my enemy I can play a style I know is good to dodge him/her and still make damage;
If I don't know my enemy, I'll stay back and camp and hope for the best, or rush in with the sword up high and pray to god he's not a heavy melee guy...

Anyway; The game needs some customization at some rate; But not too overly done. It needs to stay as a game you could start and play rather quick.

I think making all stats editable (#2) is wrong direction to go; Keep the same style of classes you have but; Add more classes, all don't have to be damage and able to solo every single damn opponents you meet; Example;

Engineer; Support class -
Special Blow mines (Coming to this in a min)
1 - Lay mine; Put's a mine on the ground (Goes invis after 3 sec fade timer; Max 3 mines)
2 - Slingshot; Basic range attack
3 - Barrier; Puts up a shield barrier protecting allied players inside (Reducing all damage to them by up to 40%; Maximum of 100 damage absorb) <- Should have a cooldown ^^

Making him a steady support; Unable to defend himself very good by his own; But a deadly teammate, having his mines to support ... let's say the back of the team?

And so on... I know this is a bit random but still... I would like to see #1 with more classes and some sort of small customization.

What do they have? We dunno but we find out create a stragity and we kill em with their weaknesses thats the skill. Being able to beat a unknown enemy. If you know what he has is that really skill? You know exacly what to counter with (or should know) so theres that.

Well that must be what you would do but as i say again I aviod hime yet stay in contact finding out his weps/abilitys and seeking out a weakness then kill him, no switching classes, and you create a nice stragity besides then I don't fully know my enemy still, who know? Does he have another weapon? Is he faster or stronger than me (Health). So that is basically my point it's kinda fun to face off unknown guys. like in Halo first time you play you don't know anythin bout it but usually it's fun. It took me Half the game to find out not to throw plasma nades at hunters... (I hope THAT isn't off topic too)

This topic doesn't need a vote but arguments.
Gamling, I agree with you that each vocation shouldn't be able to easily play solo.

I think that warriors should have a low attack but high defence. (300% hps?) (best distance attack 15?)
Mages high attack but low def. (80% hps ?) (best distance attack 50?)
And Ninjas should be a support class which could also attack some (otherwise, playing this class would be annoying.) (100% hps?) (best distance attack 30?)
